rubber and glue

We are Rubber and It is Glue…

Alex the Alchemist, in an attempt to make a better glue accidentally created the first Glue-Golem. The terrible golem took to the streets and has been sticking it to people all over the town of Bonnyville. The hero has been called in, by Alex, to stop the Glue-Golem but there is clinging issue. With the golem being made of sticky glue there is no physical way to touch the creature without being stuck to it or the ground, plus it would be murder to get out of your hair. Sure the weird kid down the street says he can just eat the tacky terror, but that is just gross. Alex has a solution to the problem, he has developed a special oil that when coating an object will keep it from getting stuck. Of course the Oil of Unstoppable Actions has one side effect, anything coated will become rubbery in texture and begin to actively bounce. The party may have to bounce their way into and then out of this tacky trouble.

Easter Fast Gag

Esther’s Egg Hunt!

In the town of Spring’s Landing, the local dragon Esther has caused a fuss by razing a few local farms and markets. While not unexpected for a dragon, Esther has long since worked out an agreement with the town. As the monthly sacrifice of hams and chocolate had already been delivered to the dragon’s cave, the Mayor had no choice but to call in a party of adventurers to discover the cause of Esther’s rage.

After a tromp through the lilies and a hop over a stream or two, the party manages to approach Esther with only minor charring, and after a “heated” conversation, they discover the purpose of her attacks: Her eggs have been stolen! Convinced that they were taken by local vendors or farmers for nefarious purposes, Esther attacked in search of her young. The dragon will apologize and reveal that she found the real culprits: The Long eared albino Kobolds that live along the trail of Buhn-Hee, hired by Esthers’ former mate Pe-Tar! Pe-Tar feels that he will make a better parent than Esther and wants all of his children under his care. He sent out his albino Kobold minions to cause havoc and return his children, though something must have gone wrong because they haven’t returned.

Time is of the essence, as the eggs are due to hatch at any time! Esther will gift the party with fur slippers blessed by the spirit of the hare; The slippers will allow the party to move swiftly along the Trail of Buhn-Hee to the burrow of the Kobolds! The Hunt for Esther’s Eggs has begun, and the party will have to hop to it to find the eggs and defeat the White Long eared devils of the Buhn-Hee Trail before time is up!

Noisy Tomb

As Loud as a Tomb (Or, Not Quite Quiet Enough)

A terrible curse is set to destroy the entire kingdom, unless someone can enter a deadly maze and remove the ancient curse that was placed upon the land. Only one wizard in the area is powerful enough to remove this deeply entrenched curse at the source. Your party has to escort, Biblax, a very grumpy wizard into the heart of the Catacombs of Apprehension. The catacombs are well known as a home for the undead and all of the tombs contain deadly traps. With trap after trap springing on the party, it will become obvious that it is time to break out the ten foot poles and start the slow tapping process. Biblax does not want to go into the catacombs at all, nor does he really feel like risking his life not even to save the kingdom. He will complain about his dislikes and everything else, all the way through the maniacal maze. Between the mouthy mage and the constant tapping to look for traps, the undead are drawn in closer.
